Q: What are your hours of operation?
A: 24/7 but driver availability varies at
different times
Q: How long does it take a driver to
get to the pick-up location?
A: This varies, so we will have to check the
real-time driver availability to determine
this.
Q: Do you need advanced notice to
schedule a run?
A: No we can schedule same-day but
earlier notice can help insure a driver is
available
Q: What city do you operate in city?
A: We can operate throughout the US, but
we are based in Albuquerque, NM. There is
usually a higher price and deposit required
on runs that start outside of a hub city.
Q: Do you schedule in advance? (days,
weeks, etc.)
A: Yes we can
Q: Do you wait on customers if
needed?
A: We can but there is an additional charge
for wait times (.50 cents per minute)
Q: Do you allow pets?
A: Yes but it is a matter of driver
preference and we will have to confirm
that a pet-friendly driver is available. There
may also be an extra charge (up to $10
per pet)
Q: Do you allow smoking?
A: This is also a matter of driver
preference and we will have to confirm
that a smoke-friendly driver is available.
There may also be an extra fee charged as
“cleaning”.
